Goods returned unpaid or COD will be refused. When returning, please use Post Denmark – not alternative package distributors. This allows for tracking the item if it gets lost during the return shipment. You should send the item securely packaged – along with a copy of the invoice, clearly stating that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal and that you therefore want a refund of the item's price. We recommend that you return the item as a registered package with Post Denmark.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the shipment.
