The course leader is psychologist Helen Eriksen, MSc, who is also an author and international speaker with 30 years’ experience as course leader, nutritional adviser and body therapist. She has led meditation and yoga practices, courses and retreats for over 30 years, and has written books, conducted workshops and offered coaching and advice on leadership development, personal development, wellbeing, self-motivation, the body-mindnutrition relationships, stress prevention, and how we can relate to change in the most constructive way. Her ground-breaking work in Holistic Leadership and Giving While Growing has made her a sought-after speaker internationally.

Mindfulness and Yoga Retreat Duration: from 17:00 on Sunday, August 12th 2018 until Friday, August 17th 2017 with departure after lunch.
Language: English/Danish with translation (Danish, German, French) when required.
Address: This year, the course is held in a cluster of beautiful summer cottages just outside the city of Ebeltoft, a gorgeous setting just a stone’s throw from the beach, where you can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves.
Price: 6.900 Danish kroner incl. VAT, covering food, accommodation, teaching, organic bed linens and towels.

After you have made the payment, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact information. Your registration is secured when you pay in either the deposit or the full fee. After receiving your payment we will send you a receipt, registration confirmation, course details etc. by email. The outstanding amount is due no later than 30 May. For cancellations received no later than 30 May we will refund 85% of the amount paid in; for cancellations received after this date, the amount is non-refundable, although it may be transferred (minus 15%) to another one of our courses. If the course is fully booked, we will notify you and put you on a waiting list.
Capacity: this year’s courses have room for eight participants on each course. Registration is on a first come, first servedbasis.
Transportation: from Aarhus Bus Station the trip takes 1 hour 25 minutes – look out for bus number 123. One-way ticket costs DKK 90.
The bus leaves Aarhus Bus Station once an hour 25 minutes past the hour on Saturdays. The return trip departs once an hour 55 minutes past the hour on weekdays; the last departure is 00.55.
We will pick you up from the final stop, which is Ebeltoft C. Send us an SMS with you expected time of arrival, ideally with departure from Aarhus at 15.25 to arrive at 16.42.

09.00-10.15 Movement, yoga – slowly awakening the body
10.15-10.45 Tea and fruit break
10.45-11.45 Talk on health, connections between body, mind, nutrition.
11.45-12.45 Mindfulness meditation.
14.00-17.00 Free afternoon to experience nature, reflect and immerse oneself in the park, go for walks, bike rides, etc.
17.00-17.45 Walking mindfulness meditation
19.30-21.00 Mindfulness meditation. Q & A.
21.00-22.00 Free evening activities (singing, movies, footbath/wellness, etc.).

You are registered as participant and have reserved a place at the seminar as soon as we receive your payment and mail. (Deposit or total).
If you should decide to cancel your enrolment before May 15 th, you’ll get 85% of your payment back. After that date no refunds are possible, however you can transfer the amount to another seminar held by Helen Eriksen.
